FUTW Bear 開發團隊深知您的隱私對您的重要性。
1. 無個人資料收集
我們不會透過本軟體收集、要求或儲存您的任何可識別個人身份的資訊。 本軟體會在裝置上儲存您的伺服器認證設定、偏好設定（例如自選股列表）及部份快取資料，我們不會在沒有您明確同意的前提下與任何人共享這些資料。
2. 本地儲存機制
當您在本軟體中設定「自選股」或更改介面偏好時，這些偏好設定將完全透過您的裝置本地端儲存機制進行保存，我們並無後端伺服器用以同步或留存這些偏好紀錄。
3. 第三方分析與網路連線
為正常取得股市資訊，用戶應自行建立 Rabang 伺服器，並具備合法的富邦證券 API 使用權限，富邦證券可能會記錄您的請求或回應值。 如果使用官方提供的測試環境伺服器，我們會經手您的流量但並不會對流量內容做任何記錄、識別。
4. 資訊安全
如果您發現任何有關本應用程式與其它相關的服務的資訊安全弱點，可發送 Email 至 security@futw-bear.com，我們將在第一時間處理。

The FUTW Bear development team understands the importance of your privacy.
1. No Collection of Personal Information
We do not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information through the application. The application stores your server authentication settings, preferences (such as watchlists), and some cached data on your device. We do not share this data with anyone without your explicit consent.
2. Local Storage
When you configure watchlists or change interface preferences in the application, those preferences are stored entirely through local storage mechanisms on your device. We do not operate a backend server to sync or retain those preference records.
3. Third-Party Analysis and Network Connections
To obtain stock market information, users should operate their own Rabang server and have lawful access to the Fubon Securities API. Fubon Securities may record your requests or responses. If you use the official test environment server, your traffic passes through our server, but we do not log or identify the contents of that traffic.
4. Information Security
If you discover any information security weakness in the application or related services, please email security@futw-bear.com. We will handle the report as soon as possible.
