歡迎您使用由 FUTW Bear 開發團隊（以下簡稱「我們」）所打造的「富台熊熊」行動應用程式（以下簡稱「本軟體」）。本服務條款適用於所有下載、安裝與使用本軟體的使用者。
1. 服務內容與免責聲明
本軟體主要功能是整合並展示股市市場資訊，用戶需要自行建立 Rabang 伺服器並擁有合法富邦證券 API 使用權限才能使用。 本軟體另有提供測試環境伺服器可供用戶免費使用，測試伺服器可能會因為富邦證券系統維護或不可預期等因素而無法使用，且其中內容可能出現延遲、錯誤等情況，切勿作為投資基準。
股市交易具有極高的風險，使用者因參考本軟體提供之數據進行任何投資行為所造成的損益，本團隊不負擔任何直接、間接或附隨的法律責任。
2. 資料取得與第三方 API
本軟體所使用之市場報價與個股指標皆來自 Rabang 伺服器，這是一個需要由用戶自行架設的開放原始碼（GPLv3）伺服器程式。 該服務基於富邦證券 API所提供之資訊，但可能因網路傳輸或或系統維護等任何不可抗力因素而導致服務暫時無法使用。
3. 條款變更
我們保留隨時修改本服務條款的權利。修訂後的條款一經於本網站或軟體更新發佈即自動生效。若您在條款修改後繼續使用本軟體，即視為您已閱讀、理解並同意接受該修改。

Welcome to FUTW Bear, a mobile application developed by the FUTW Bear development team ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service apply to all users who download, install, or use the application.
1. Service and Disclaimer
The application is designed to integrate and display stock market information. Users must operate their own Rabang server and have lawful access to the Fubon Securities API in order to use the application. The application may also provide a free test environment server. The test server may be unavailable due to Fubon Securities system maintenance or other unexpected factors, and its information may be delayed or inaccurate. It must not be used as an investment basis.
Stock trading involves significant risk. The team is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from investment decisions made based on information provided by the application.
2. Data Sources and Third-Party APIs
Market quotes and stock indicators used by the application are provided through a Rabang server, an open-source (GPLv3) server program that users must host themselves. This service is based on information provided by the Fubon Securities API, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to network transmission issues, system maintenance, or other force majeure events.
3. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms become effective when published on this website or released through an application update. If you continue to use the application after the terms are changed, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the revised terms.
